Punchmade Dev, (born Devon Isaak Turner; October 16, 2000) is an American rapper and songwriter based in Lexington, Kentucky. Best known for the popularization of scam rap, a sub-genre of hip hop, he has produced various songs and videos relating to fraud, such as a "Wire Fraud Tutorial", "Internet Swiping", and "Million Dollar Criminal" which have obtained several million views on social media platforms.
In the earlier phase of his career, Turner performed under the moniker OBN Dev.
